Rugby's front door. Kids learn to catch, pass, run, and score through touch rugby, hands only, so it stays safe while the fun comes first. It is the same tag-and-touch start grassroots clubs use worldwide (England calls it Mini rugby). Coed, and built for every ability and every player brand new to the game.
U10 · Coed
Touch to Tackle
AGE: 9 & under

The game grows up a little. Players start in touch and are introduced to safe tackling as the season builds, learning to pass, support a teammate, and go to ground with confidence. Coaching stays fundamentals-first and hands-on. Coed, and a favorite of multi-sport players looking for their next challenge.
U12 · Coed

Where real rugby clicks. Touch opens the season, then tackling, rucking, and the first set-pieces (scrums and lineouts) come in as skills grow. Players pick up positions, game sense, and teamwork while the fun stays front and center. Coed, and a natural crossover for football, soccer, and wrestling players.
High School · Two Seasons, Two Registrations
7s runs Aug–Dec, 15s runs Jan–Apr, each its own registration. Age grades U14 (12–13), U16 (14–15), U19 (16–18) combine into shared sides based on player numbers and skill. U14 is often true coed, girls and boys on the same side, with placement based on skill, experience, and size. U16 and U19 register under one coed listing, but girls and boys train and compete as separate teams, each with their own coaches. Players may be approved to play up or down for the right fit. Coaches make that call together with families, with safety first.
